DESSANGE STYLIST HAS THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:
- Welcome a client from the moment she steps in, together with the host/ess, and serve her according to the scheduled appointments
- Perform the "client consult" to advise and assist the client, together with the technician, on the choice of style and the technique best suited to her facial shape and coloring
- Perform and implement the DESSANGE cut, styling, and updo services
- Perform rinses and shampoos according to DESSANGE protocols
- Promote and sell the hair products and cosmetics of the different brands represented in the salon, including make-up and care products
- Provide clients with beauty follow-on care by providing tailored advice and offering the products for home use to maintain the technical service applied
- Develop customer loyalty by giving the opportunity to benefit from all the loyalty operations (second appointment card, new client gift, birthday mail, etc.) and preparing the next appointment
- Present the products according to the recommended brand merchandising
- Participate in setting up promotional operations
- Care for your station and workspace according to DESSANGE hygiene, safety, and cleanliness rules
- Support team leaders (stylist and technician)
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Knowing how to perform a tailored client consult

- Knowing how to perform the massage and implement the DESSANGE hair care and the hair spa treatments

WORKING CLOTHES
- Wear the required white DESSANGE clothing (white T-shirt or polo shirt, white shirt, white trousers)
- Wear closed black shoes with non-skid soles to ensure the hairdresser's safety
- Wear gloves when using products (latex or vinyl talc-free disposable gloves)
WORKING TOOLS/EQUIPMENT
- Use DESSANGE branded equipment
- Use DESSANGE partner equipment and products (straightening, extensions, etc.)
- Maintain the working equipment and the tools
TRAINING
Throughout their path in the DESSANGE network, stylists must keep up and maintain their proficiency levels for this purpose, the stylist requires regular training and must:

- Follow "product" training in order to be able to recommend and sell the products distributed in the salon
