History of Dessange

1954

Jacques Dessange, the French hairdressing legend who did the hair of many cinema legends and was the author of Coiffé-décoiffé and other popular hairstyles, founded the first Dessange salon in Paris.

1958

Dessange becomes the official hairdressing partner of the Cannes Film Festival

1998

Dessange opens its own R&D centre and creates its first own product line, Phytodess, marking the first forays of the brand into professional haircare products

2015

By 2015, Dessange has extended its reach across the globe, operating 350+ salons in 38 countries

2023

The idea of Dessange Armenia is born, and the works begin to bring the iconic brand to Armenia

2024

Dessange Armenia officially opens its doors in Yerevan, bringing the elegance of French luxury beauty to Armenia
